Healthy Colon Cleanse

You've started on your way to healthy living and feeling better by using the food lists - That's great! But keep this in mind, no matter how healthy the food, how helpful the vitamins and supplements...

Your body can only absorb a fraction of the nutrients if your colon is sluggish or compromised in some way. Period.

This statement should be up on billboards it is that Critical.

That's why this KEY is placed so near the beginning of the list. It is vitally important to you, that your colon is cleansed, clear and healthy. You can achieve this in a variety of ways.

You can look for a health practitioner or colon hydro therapist, and receive a Colonial Irrigation colon cleanse.... or, if this route is not your cup of tea, you can certainly consider much less drastic measures.

A moderate fast - is something you may want to consider to begin the cleansing process - this moderate fast, your health permitting . . . (using vegetable juices) will help to cleanse as well as nourish your entire body.This step in your health plan is something that only you or you in conjunction with a trusted natural health care practitioner can decide upon. You know your own system better than anyone. So you will be the judge.

You will, of course lose weight during this process, naturally.

We can't tell you that you should fast or how long you may want to fast, if you decide to try it. This is a very personal matter, and each person responds differently. This is just a suggestion.

It will take several days for your colon to become empty of all the waste material and for your liver to also become cleansed.

Drinking lot of water also helps in colon cleanse.  so you should drink at least 325 litres of water everyday.  also the water should be your because drinking impure water become more bad than good to you.  you should consider buying a good water purifier.  Nowadays there are a variety of water purifiers available in the market.



Vegetable juice will be much better for you than fruit juice.

Be sure to scrub and peel the vegetables first. Buy Organic if you can. Pick your favorite vegetables (excluding the ones on the NO List of unhealthy foods) and drink immediately after you juice, while all the nutrients and enzymes are still fresh. Add a few ounces, 2 or so, of distilled water or cluster water to the juice. Or drink your water before you drink the juice.

Some good ideas for your juice list:

  • Carrots for "pro vitamin A" or carotene
  • Celery juice is very tasty, but a bit high in sodium
  • Cucumber juice is remarkably tasty
  • Cabbage Juice - was used by Garrett Cheney, M.D. to cure bleeding peptic ulcers back in the 1950's. (Cheney, G. (1952) "Vitamin U therapy of peptic ulcer."
  • Beet juice is, traditionally, a blood-builder. (they may stain the machine, but don't worry)
  • Romaine Lettuce or Bean Sprouts
  • Zucchini squash, the juice tastes better than you'd ever imagine
  • Ester C (the amount is up to you. A large amount of Ester C may begin to cause looser stools, so you will need to be the judge.

Drink as much veggie juice as you wish - You may experience looser and more frequent stools, but this is to be expected. As you are taking in more water and juice, you will also be urinating more often. This is all good.

Whether you decide to fast or not, just adding this vegetable juice to your diet will go a long way toward achieving good healthy results in every area of your body.
